The first interview was with 4 employees where they mostly asked behavioral-based questions. The second interview comprised of a 20-minute presentation with a Q/A session and a ~40-minute interview with various questions mostly about me/my background, what I am looking for, and situational-type questoins.

Half day virtual interview. Two short segments answering questions with two different business units. Also included an informal Q&A section with current RDLP associates. Finished by giving a 20 minute presentation and answering questions.
