Applied through my school's career portal. Received a call within the month that turned out to be somewhat of a surprise HR screening interview. Received an email shortly after to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with 3 department heads, and they asked standard interview questions and were very friendly.
Interview process was very conversational, with casual questions on the experience and resume. Went in detail into recent experiences on the resume and asked me to elaborate on specific skills and weaknesses. Overall very positive experience

Entretien
The interview consisted of two phone calls - one with a recruiter and then one with the hiring manager who you would work under. The interviews aren’t long and consist of learning more about the role and company and answering some questions.
The interview was okay. The people were nice. On my way in a worker asked to touch my Afro and that was bothersome to me. But the questions were thought provoking and helped make the process enjoyable and more conversation like.
