Applied online and they called a couple days later and scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview was fairly easy, asked regular interview questions. S scheduled an interview the with hr a week later. Was asked to take typing and medical insurance test.

Phone screen and then two person interview. Main interviewer rude and condescending. Gave me a hard time because they had my interview time wrong and then realized they were incorrect and never apologized.

Casual, usually with 2 people, the PSC (Patient Service Coordinator) and the DMS (Director of Medical Support). It takes about 30-45 mins, they will ask you some questions and get to know you better. If you are bubbly and polite they like that!
