J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Patient First (Fairfax, VA) en juil. 2017
Entretien
The interview process is very detailed. First there is the phone interview. If you "pass" that then the next step is an in-person interview with a recruiter at their headquarters. This entails taking a basic medical knowledge test, a typing test, and an interview with a recruiter. Weeks later you could get a phone call from the actual center you applied for to come in for a third interview meeting.

I was interviewed online first and then there was an in person interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone and its been several months. I did call them and ask about my status but still no clear response.

There was one brief phone call with an HR rep asking very basic questions and asking mostly about availability. There was then another interview with a different HR rep over a video call, asking more behavioral and situational questions. There may be a third in person portion of the interview (didn’t get that far yet). There was also a very basic medical knowledge assessment online.
