I received a phone call about a week after I applied asking if I was interested in a phone interview. I had the phone interview and was then invited to meet with HR, who then sent my application to the location i applied for. A week later I received a call from that center inviting me to meet with them for a third interview. It is scheduled for this week. Process has taken about 3 weeks now. Hoping I am not tossed aside like other reviews have said they were.

Phone screen and then two person interview. Main interviewer rude and condescending. Gave me a hard time because they had my interview time wrong and then realized they were incorrect and never apologized.

Casual, usually with 2 people, the PSC (Patient Service Coordinator) and the DMS (Director of Medical Support). It takes about 30-45 mins, they will ask you some questions and get to know you better. If you are bubbly and polite they like that!
