First had phone interview . Once you pass the phone interview you will have a interview at headquarters w/ one of there recruiters. Then you will have the 3rd and final interview w/ the DMS and PSC at the center you have chosen. The process didn’t take long. I applied and a week or 2 later receive a call.

Phone screen and then two person interview. Main interviewer rude and condescending. Gave me a hard time because they had my interview time wrong and then realized they were incorrect and never apologized.

Casual, usually with 2 people, the PSC (Patient Service Coordinator) and the DMS (Director of Medical Support). It takes about 30-45 mins, they will ask you some questions and get to know you better. If you are bubbly and polite they like that!
