A phone interview, then an in person interview and job specific test at the human resource office, and lastly an interview at the center with the DMS and department supervisor (which includes a tour and slide test)

After a brief phone screening process, there was a phone interview with HR then interview on site with lab supervisor and some tests looking at slides. At the corporate office there was another skills test on paper.

I did a phone interview. They asked me the basic questions and made me feel comfortable. It took 30 mins. I remember they asked me lots of questions about interaction with co-workers.

Entretien
It took 3+ week, has three phases (phone interview, then they will schedule an HR interview after that you will be scheduled to talk to the Supervisor). The interview includes skill test during HR with basic laboratory questions and color blindness test
