I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. We had several phone conversations and then I had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed up by 2 in person interviews.

They emailed me to set up a phone interview. It was very casual and a good interview. I told on myself early on that I wasn't fully qualified on the marketing side so the rest was me asking questions about the company to keep the door open for future offers in the video production department.
