Lengthy process: multiple phone calls, in-person interview, ride along and a final video interview. I made it to the in-person interview where the manager had already made up their mind on if I would move forward or not. They were unwilling to listen to how my previous job experience applied to their role and they were only looking for people that had already been in the role, in the industry, as opposed to putting their extensive training to use. They were also condescending and would not listen to my answers and explanations.
