Takes two weeks, I can't remember anything special about the interview.. I think just like any ordinary interview. Basic questions on qualification and background.. and when we came about the expected salary the interviewer ask 'how much your salary can be lowered?' I just said 200-300 (with heavy feeling in my heart)..but hey, I still got the job, without any pay cut at all! The interview is then followed by an editorial skill

There were two rounds of one to one interview. Both interviewers were very nice. No pressure at all. They have already decided to hire you if you get the second round of interview.
2 hr take home exercise followed by interview. Pearson needs to pay people for taking that exercise because they force you to take it at a set time during the work week, which is incredibly difficult if you still have a job you have to be at.
The interview process was smooth, professional, friendly. The Human Resource folks will take some time getting back to you with your offer letter and so on, which is a bit annoying if you're looking at other offers. Otherwise it went very well.
