The interviews are pretty straight forward with a couple of phone interviews and then a one on one interview. The final is a panel interview with 3 managers.

It was the best interview process I have been through. They try to take care of you and make your experience unforgettable. I was flown out, they got me a hotel, got me lunch and coffee, and covered all of it.

The interview went great but they said they chose another candidate. I continued to see the active posting as the position was still not filled. I would have rather known why I was not chosen than be lied to.
