Typical interview process, similar to other companies and nothing out of ordinary. However there seems to be communication issues with recruiters - did not feel prepared for the interview on the day of due to miscommunication.

The process felt really lengthy and was drawn on for me because I kept having to wait 2 weeks for them to finish other interviews and waiting on their decision for who made it to the next round. Felt like after every round, it was 2 weeks to get to the next round. Interviews were: 1. Recruiter call 2. Hiring manager call 3. Present portfolio to team 4. Whiteboard 5. 30 minute 1:1s with two different people

Entretien
The recruiter was quick to get back to my application and set up a screening call within a week. However, during the phone call, the recruiter was very disorganized in asking questions, interpreted some of my questions about cross functional collaboration and career progression wrongly with unprofessional responses and overall showed a lack of interest after I mentioned I would need sponsorship. It wasn’t the most professional or pleasant interview experience. Quickly sent a rejection email asking to complete a survey for feedback even though they did not give feedback in return.
