After applying for the position I received an invitation to complete CCAT assessment which is pretty normal practice. However, they required to video-record how I complete the assessment. (:facepalm)
Having more than 6 years of experience I find this completely unprofessional and insulting. I wonder if higher management and CEO are aware of this practice.

I applied through my college. It’s a good company, and they asked about the college project I included in my resume. It was a nice experience, with a total of three rounds:
Aptitude round
Technical interview
Managerial round
1. test with intreviewers 2. another test 3. hr after the first intreview the intreviewer decide if go on with the proccess or not according to the answers that were in the intreview.
