Three rounds. First with people ops, second with manager and svp, third with leadership. Friendly in each round and asked about the way I worked and coming from a different industry.

The process is very thorough and therefore long, I had three interviews that lasted more than 1 hour each, and they were very repetitive. They kept asking the same questions on each interview, and there was a fourth one that I didn't make it to.

About a month process, but they are very straightforward about it during the first interview. First met with the recruiter, followed by the team lead, then meet your potential teammates, and finally a presentation. I have no issues with the rounds of interviews, just wished this would've been faster instead of living with the uncertainty of what was happening. I got to say everyone I met was very nice and friendly and they gave me feedback from the interview, which I really appreciate it.

It took more or less 5 weeks in total because of summer holidays. Feedback was provided at the end of the process. Every interview was a visio call. I really appreciated the professionalism of the process and the kindness of everyone I met.

If the overall work environment is anything like the interview process then you will be lucky to work here. Process took about a month. There were three interviews, first being with a recruiter, second with department managers and third with an executive. Everyone was very kind, and unlike some other comments noted, they were very attentive to keeping an open line of communication - I was never left in the dark, they were always responsive. Also appreciated the time given to really explaining the role as well as the company itself, everyone seems to take an interest in the company which is usually important for fostering a supportive work environment. One last item to note is I appreciated that questions were asked about almost every job noted on my resume, which I have never experienced. It demonstrates to me that they really take the time to learn about a candidate.

Two days after I applied, I was asked to submit answers to a few prescreening questions. A week later, I had a video chat interview with a member of HR. He was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I had 3 interviews, 1 with Recruiter + 2 with hiring manager and there was supposed to be another one with Executive. In between the Recruiter and hiring manager there was a Take Home assignment which was not too difficult or time consuming. They were very nice people so I generally enjoyed the interactions with them, however I would not say that it was a good process. It spun over 2 months!! And they would keep me waiting for a couple of weeks and when I would follow up let me know they are still making their decisions. It seemed that I was about to get it when I got an automated email from 'no-reply' email that my application was unsuccessful and that is it. I reached out to the Recruiter to ask for feedback in case I did something wrong so I can improve in the future and no reply for that either. I must say I though it was an amazing company for the first moth of the application process but their treatment (except on calls) was very rude.

The HR interview was short, the recruiter asked about the salary expectations and informed about the day to day activities. The second round was with the hiring manager who dig deeper into the role. Third round as an analytical and logical test.

I was introduced to Platform.sh by a former client. Though I originally thought this would be for a freelancing gig, I was open to a full-time role and went through three interviews: one with a team member pitching me on the position, a second with HR, and a third with the department lead. Everyone I spoke to was perfectly nice -- and much of this frustration is probably my fault for even accepting an introduction, when I was simultaneously juggling a family vacation -- but there was a lack of respect for my time. The first two interviews started ~30 minutes late with minimal explanation, and I was stood up for the third round (that was eventually rescheduled.) This, after I thought I'd made it (politely) clear I was traveling and was bending over backward to make myself available. One of the interviewers hadn't read my resume and didn't seem to know why I was there. In the end, I received a form rejection from a "do not reply" email. Platform.sh does seem to have great values, a people-centered culture, and a promising future. I think a lot of this is just a factor of communication across time zones and expanding quickly. But you can't expect to attract top candidates without a minimum respect for their time (and humanity!) Especially in this market.
