The interview consisted of: - An initial LinkedIn chat - Introductory phone call with a recruiter - Cultural interview - Technical, role-related interview - Final interview I've been approached by a recruiter and after the initial message exchange I decided that the role is attractive and I am interested. The cultural interview then followed which is a more loose of a discussion based on personality traits and general experience/approach. I found this form to be interesting and rather "fresh". This was followed by a more role-specific interview including my particular skill set, requiring me to prepare a role-play commercial proposal. My initial recruiter was really helpful, making sure he is available to answer any question and guiding me throughout the process. Worth mentioning that the proposed hours for each of these meetings were great as there was a lot of flexibility when arranging it. The technical interview was then followed by a final meeting with my line-manager-to-be and a future colleague who based on my skill set offered me a slightly different variation of the role which I found even more appealing. I accepted.

Three parts. Initial call with recruiter was as expected. Second stage was a video call with two from the business, more relaxed and 'getting to know you more' personality fit. Third part was a more competency based teams call with three employees and you. Asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation on a commercial agreement between Pod Point and a land owner. Impossible unless you hold previous experience within the same space and have seen one. No other information given just a two sentence question.
