Pretty convoluted. Required to watch the CEO talking about how great he is and all the overtime he will make you work. Seems like a pretty toxic work culture. Also made to do a personality test + solve logic puzzles before you even get to the actual technical assessment which also takes a few days to finish. I've had less absurd interviews with FAANG companies. Seems like an actual cult.
