Generally you get a call for interview The interview is in person first there is written interview and discussion based on your answers and CV There will be cross questioning and very critical evaluation of our capabilities since it is development of machines from the scratch and you need good knowledge of both mechanics and design Software wise Solid works or Autocad can be handy

The interview was quite simple and it was an off-campus walk-in interview. HR was so friendly asking just general questions related to how we think and some technical questions. It was around 30 minutes of the interview. I completed the interview and HR asked me to leave and they will call me for the next round. But unfortunately, they denied me for immediate joining stating we call you again i=at the end of March.
