Entretien
I was invited for an interview 5 days after I applied for the position. The procedure was easy and fast.
The manager asked me approximately 10 questions related to different situations within a retail store and how I would handle them. He was writing down my answers. I was offered a position after 2 days.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
