The whole thing was an awful and stressful process from taking the online assessment to the 1 on 1 phone interview, After I found out I passed the assessment I spent a week researching the company, looking at interview comments on how to answer the questions in the format they want, etc.

Everything about their interview process was difficult and in hindsight now I realize it was a complete waste of my time that I should have used for something else, The recruiter was hard to understand and had to ask her several times to repeat the questions,

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
