I interviewed via video and then scheduled an in person interview with Samay Rehfeldt the following week. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks. I emailed Samay on day 11/12 with a follow-up and on day 14 I received an email stating I wasn’t selected and that I could request feedback. I replied asking for the feedback that was offered and received no response. STAR format questions are very specific and heavily emphasized and I’m not sure why.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
