I had an interview with an agency and they introduced me to PL for the main interview. The interview went very well, very friendly and informative, about the company and the job itself, and potentials at the company.
I got response from them very quickly and were able to start my training in two weeks after interview.

The interview was very thorough and it seemed as though they actually wanted to hire the right people for the job, not just looking for any CS rep. I was impressed.
I had three interviews and didn't get the position. I was told that I was a great fit but they found someone who was better qualified to answer the phone. I have over ten years of experience in call centers/ customer service. I'll never waste my time with them again.
