They do a brief phone interview, they hire without to much prior experience, if you pass the phone interview then they will set up a second interview that is laid back and simple, you meet one on one then meet your actual supervisor after that, and if they have you meet the supervisor you are in!

The interview was very thorough and it seemed as though they actually wanted to hire the right people for the job, not just looking for any CS rep. I was impressed.
I had three interviews and didn't get the position. I was told that I was a great fit but they found someone who was better qualified to answer the phone. I have over ten years of experience in call centers/ customer service. I'll never waste my time with them again.
