The interviewer questioned me on my familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical knowledge. Further, I was asked how I would be able to make a positive contribution to the department. This I answered with the statement that I can bring my clinical experience to the otherwise non-clinical precertification process, hence providing a more rounded approach to securing prior authorizations for high tech diagnostic imaging exams. The overall experience was very positive and satisfying.
