The interview process started with a one on one with a regional director to screen applicants primarily for personality and professionalism. Then I went to a group information session about the opportunity. Finally I had a one on one with the managing director.

I was asked to memorize a financial planning meeting script and then conduct a mock first meeting with the client using the script.

Conversational. Almost seemed more like they were trying to sell me on the concept of working there. The language and metrics used to describe the job seem to exaggerate reality.

Entretien
Very easy process. One round virtual and then two in person with the regional hiring manager. Very conversational and laid back. The second in person interview was mostly going over information regarding the commission structure
Thorough and quick, though consistent contact was a bit of an issue. I was a bit confused about time and the employee did not show up to the first scheduled interview, as there was a bit of a gap with regards to communication.
