Hello all. I'm about to be a marketing graduate at UTA. Interview was a Zoom call with about 24 people. Job isn't really explained in the initial interview. Job title/description in job ad is a little misleading for me and not informative/descriptive enough. The company operates on an experential marketing strategy, not saying this is wrong, but had I known before applying I would have know that it would turn out to be not what I was looking for. If you're looking for digital marketing or learning how to run ads such as for social or google, this is does not appear to be it. Did not proceed to answer the questionnaire after the first interview to move forward. Also was confused by them having a couple different names and logos such as PUSH worldwide and PUSH interactions, both of which were displayed in the initial email. Not sure what that's about.
- No questions in the initial "interview", but they send you a questionnaire after that asks questions such as: What made you apply to the company? How do you define success? How do you define leadership? What goals do you have? What makes you a better candidate?

Very quick process, the video calls were sometimes really hard to hear. Sometimes they spoke really fast and I had to ask them to repeat a couple times. Overall, they were quite informative and wanted to make sure we understood what they were talking about.

This review is meant for Push-Interactions.com, the marketing company. The first interview was not an interview at all. It was a call with over 45 people with barely any information on the actual position or the company. The CEO just talked about himself. After calling the office to get more information they would not tell me anything about the company and wanted me to continue with further "interviews" to get more information. It's a scam.
- Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

This was not an invite to an interview, it was to a Zoom meeting. I asked if this was an invitation to an MLM or a real salaried role and recieved no response.
- I did not go to the Zoom call. It seemed sketchy

A smooth, and well organized process that went through the classic rounds process. With smooth information delegation, and very open communication. They made it clear what they were looking and were straightforward and direct.
