Applied on LinkedIn - Got an email from in about a week for a telephonic interview. The interviewer was very cooperative, questions included a lot of basic OS concepts, C/C++ questions like volatile, static , inheritance, overloading, a question on how to find the largest sum in a given array.
Was invited to an onsite hiring event in March. The process was pretty smooth. Five rounds, the first of which was a casual HR round then interview with 4 people (team leaders to Managers). Heavy stress on bit manipulation, OS concepts, deadlocks, priority inversion, circular buffer, semaphores mutexes (prgramming based) and nitty gritties about pointers.
Results were announced within a week.

After applying online through the website, I received an email to schedule phone interview's date and time. The interview took about 30 minutes and from the very beginning the guy asked for pen and paper. Then he started asking about my project on LTE network optimization, after that he asked about C programming 'data structures','stack' and also he asked about some programming logic. He didn't go through my resume.

I had a phone interview. The interview was tentatively scheduled through an email. I was supposed to get a confirmation of the schedule 2 days prior to the interview date but I did not get it till on the morning of the interview. I was kinda partly prepared for the interview because I thought I had more time since I did not get a confirmation. So, I would suggest that one has to be prepared (regardless of the confirmation from the staffing co-ordinator) when they receive an email or a call that their resume has been shortlisted for an interview.
The interview was basically on the skills they require for the position. Since I am a new grad, most of the questions were about my course projects, my coursework and my work experience as a graduate research assistant, everything in detail. And then, he asked me questions on C, mostly 'Data Structures' (Linked Lists, Stack). He also asked me some basic questions on LTE like, What do u know about LTE, What are the channels in the LTE technology.
