    I spent 4 weeks to do more than 3 interview steps giving my best.
    After 4 weeks and numerous update requests they decide to reject me without
    even a specific reason.
    I try to have more information and I discover that the customer and staff management policy is one of the worst. Unfortunately I am not the only one to had a bad experience with this company.
    I guarantee that I never had a worse experience in a interviewing.
    Delays in replying to emails,
    No feedback on the evidence to be backed up,
    Confused explanations about requests for information and rudeness in the relationship with candidates by recquiter.
    Recommending everyone to pay close attention to this company.
    And if possible don't consider it as an opportunity because I lost 1 month to hear me say:" we won’t be moving forward with the application"!

    presentation / sales pitch. Screening by a recruiter first and then an on site interview with the hiring manager. The company is very slow in reacting to the situation. Multiple offers were needed as they wanted to low ball my salary while I had given them a copy of my pay slip.

    There where 7 (!!!) Interviews. The position and the salary where not the best and yet the interview process was so long. It went well for me in all the interviews but it took them ages to get back to me with an answer. It was the longest process I have ever had almost 4 months of waiting. At the last interview (after 3 months of interviews they told me that the job I interview for is not going to be 100% open and there is a chance that all this process was for nothing.

    The interview process was really really fast. A recruiter contacted me to set up a call interview. I took a day off because of the interview because I can not take any call related to that in my current job. After waiting for one hour and send her emails she answer me telling me I didn´t confirm the interview which was a lie because I checked I confirm straight away after 1 hour she told me the time of the call.
    After that I was going on holidays and she told me we will have the interview after my holidays. I contacted her to set up once I came back from my holidays and she didn´t answer. After that I sent another one just to confirm she didn´t want to reply my.
    I would not recommed that company. Even if I was not working there, a company who give you this kind of treatment I think would not care about their employees.

    The internal recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn, wanting to fill a TAM position. Very little information about the actual day to day activities of the role was provided. During the initial phone screen, a lot of buzz-words were used, but it was obvious the recruiter either did not know what he was talking about or simply did not care. Next steps were put in place at the end of the screening including a Google Hangout with someone in the US, which never happened.

    When chasing the recruiter after a few weeks of no communication, I received a response asking for my CV, which I had provided straight after the phone screening.

    I was also interviewing with a different company at the time, who was more responsive and offered me a more advanced role, and hence did not pursue this slow and cumbersome interview process further.

    After I applied on their website I got an email the next day about setting up a phone interview with their recruiter. It was more of a conversation about my background, skills and interest in the digital advertising industry and it lasted for aprox. 20-30 min . The recruiter was very friendly and helpful also, answering my questions in the process.

    A few days later I got an email+call in order to set up the next phone interview with the Business Operations director from USA office. This second interview lasted about 30-40 min and it was a pleasant conversation with questions about my background, personality, skills, interests and future plans/roles.

    Also a few days later I was informed that they'd like to meet me at an on-site interview. Their HR was very helpful, arranging all the travel and accommodation details for my interview (as I'm not from Ireland).

    During the on-site interview I met some of the team members. It lasted for about 3h and a half including lunch with the team and it was a really positive experience. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and seemed very interested to get to know me as a person and to learn more about my background, interests and what I could bring to the team. They really emphasize the importance of being a good fit for the role and in my case the whole process got me very excited as it does feel like a great fit. There was also a short test but if you are familiar with the industry and have some knowledge of the main web technologies, it's quite easy.

    The next phase was a phone call with a senior manager from Dublin office.

    Interview with recruiter - Face to face with hiring manager - presentation to hiring manager and director - culture fit interview - meeting with senior management. Throughout all the interviews the culture of both the company and the office sone through. Each interview gave me the impression it was as much about me understanding the company and role as it was them interviewing me.

    Very long process wherein I had to make 4/5 phone calls and two tests over a period of about 3 to 4 weeks. Everything went great, always had positive feedback, even had informal coffee with "my future manager", but received an e-mail at the end that they wouldn't like to continue with me. This was a smack in the face based on all positive feedback and all the great stories they told me. I always assumed that I screwed it up on my last test, but I'm not sure as I all communication broke down after the "bad news" (not even a single reply on the question "what went wrong?" or "can I get feedback?"). I'd always admit my own mistakes and improve myself where possible but I didn't even know I needed an SQL interpreter, data analysis package (excel wasn't installed by default on my mac) or prior online marketing knowledge for the last test (which I had to arrange in the 1h test time frame). I was very hopeful and positive towards Quantcast during the whole process but the smack in the face at the hand was hard to digest.
