Easy interview process. I applied for an internship position as an hr person/recruiter. The recruiter had quite a low mood and wasn't interested in listening to me at all. She interrupted me a couple of times and wasn't even curious about my experience as another recruiter working in the industry for almost 2 years. Especially the topics such as DEI and sustainability, which many forward-thinking companies are interested in, was of no interest for her as an HR Person, which already clearly showed me the company culture. All in all, not the best experience I had. I understand that recruiters are also humans, you can't wake up every day feeling like the most positive person on earth. However, recruitment is the type of a job that you have to like it to be a good recruiter. After the interview I was also ghosted by the recruiter and until I sent an email, there was no update for more than 2 weeks.

It was a video interview where questions were asked based on motivation, why this company, what we do, dealing with unexpected situation etc. You'd have 2 minutes to answer each question with a minute to prepare.
