First I apply online. They call me and invite to take a part of written and viva exam. I attend there. They are very friendly. Ask about myself, my goals, experience.

Entretien
1st they took a written exam which lasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes. 50 marks mcq on maths, general knowledge, aptitude tests and english grammar. Then 30 marks written questions about writing emails. You cant bring calculator so better know how to calculate manually.
Awesome. I went there. Interviewer told me to sit. Then he started very comfottably. So, i got my confident and according to his first question i started to tell about myself.
