I spoke with the RBG employee that would be interviewing me. I knew it was a relaxed work place, so I felt comfortable wearing jeans to my interview. We went over what a basic survey would look like, and what was accepted. We talked about my editing background as well. I felt like I nailed it in the interview process. They followed up about 5 days later to tell me that I got the job.
