1st round was the HackerEarth test 2nd round was the tech interview focusing on JS Fundamentals, Node Concepts, API understanding, DB concepts, and problem-solving. Please don't waste your time by giving an interview for RECRO even after they tell you that you'll work for big startups. They're very unprofessional, every time I've to ping them to schedule the next round. After clearing all the rounds I got the on-call confirmation from HR and we discussed the compensation as well. Later this point Recro team starts ignoring my calls and emails, and after 4 months they called me and asked whether I'm still interested or not. I had a chat with their current employee and got to know there are so many uncertainties within the organization.
