The interview was a teams call running through my application and previous work experience. It was a first interview with a second interview to follow which would take place on the Red Bull Campus

The most important part of the process was to be authentic and to be yourself. If you come in trying to show you are the super "brand fan" yet do not drink the product(s) or cannot personally identify with the company's activities, then it is the wrong place for you.

Applied on website then received an invitation to complete a Wingfinder assessment and Hirevue video interview. Following this, they were quick to ask me to come in for a face to face interview. This was quite extensive with career/skills type questions but still casual and friendly. I was then asked to do a case study which took me several hours to complete and included a document review and answering other questions. I was invited for a second face to face interview which seemed to lack direction on the interviewer's part but otherwise was ok. Following this, I had several communications from HR saying they'd be in touch to discuss next steps. These communications continued until they eventually ghosted me. I was extremely disappointed after taking two days off work for interviews and spending a large portion of a weekend doing a case study, that they didn't extend me the courtesy of letting me know the outcome. I had already decided I was not interested by this point so did not pursue them.

Didn't get the job I applied for IT internship/ Software Engineering Internship but they were quick with response which is much appreciated. Recruiter seemed friendly. Would apply again and probably will.

They had a really great wingfinder interview that gave me a lot of insight about myself. not only did it highlight my strengths but also my weakness's and how I could improve upon them.

Three different interviews: 1) basic power electronic fundamentals 2)HR 3) Powertrain and engine type interview. The student placement role was for the redbull powertrain team hence the power orientated questions

A simple video interview with medium-difficulty questions is not too difficult. You receive a wingfinders test and then get invited to complete this online interview. Easy to use and easy to do quickly.

Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

The department manager and one HR specialist interviewed me. The overall interview lasted around 30 minutes. It was a very business-casual talk. I didn´t get the job in the end because someone else had more experience than me.
