Talked to the recruiter first, then did the online assignment, then had an interview with the managers. They were really friendly but asked a lot of questions about organization and prioritization skills and management of heavy work flow

I was selected for HireVue interview after applying on Indeed. Very strange. I was not used to one a sided interview. The process was very awkward. Questions were STAR method. Never spoke with a real person. No feedback just rejection email.

Entretien
I am writing this today because my interviewer (male) for initial phone screen 1st interview was completely inappropriate to me female. After we discussed base salary range he suggested I take the weekend to discuss with my significant other to see if the amount was sufficient. I am a single, independent, divorced mother; I do not have a significant other!!! He was 10-15 minutes late calling me first of all. Then basically assumed every woman has a significant other and that they can’t make their own decisions without spouse!!!
