Entretien
The company shouldn’t have such a vague rigorous interview for a $90k sales role. This is my first time ever giving an interview review. I’m not bitter or anything remotely but I do feel like this needs to be shared. I made it to the final presentation round and had the highest marks out of the group so it was going really well….
Basically the first interview is with a recruiter and they fluff everything up. Second is with the Enterprise Manager named Du**** and he’s very cool then. Then the next round is the presentation. Here’s the problem the presentation prep isn’t given directly from The Manager it’s passed along to the recruiter. The instructions is so vague; come up with 2 sales pitches. 1 explaining how you would sell it and the other you pitching it to them. I just gave you more details than the paper itself.
I just find it funny for a company to spend so much money and resources proudly saying we have the right to continually interviewing till we find the right one just shows me a lot about them.
Is the interview worth it? Ehhh if you competitive then yes! Lol overall felt like a waste of time.
