The hiring manager found me and asked the recruiter to contact me. The process moved very slowly. I spoke very briefly with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. Over three weeks later, the recruiter contacted me to interview with another team member. Then, almost two months later I got a system email that the position was filled. The process was a little unprofessional. The recruiter often left out important information when scheduling an interview - like the date or time that was confirmed. I never knew my status since weeks went by between communications and interviews.
