HireVue interview, followed by multiple meetings with the members of the team. Everyone was very personable and kind. Interviews may be conducted at later hours as team members may be on different time zones.

HR reached out me and sent the job description. Tech stack matched my skills. Later, she sent me HireVue where I had to take online test which I too. Later after few days sent automated response as rejected. I checked the reason and it was said Coding didn't go well. That's totally a FRAUD. I got the answer right and all test cases passed in HireVue. Still, they said as Coding issue. If the hiring manager was fair, he/she could have invited the candidate to next round and discussed the issue he/she seeing in code or if there was better way of doing. So, I would thing their job posting seems Fraud and are prejudiced. I suggest candidates to not waste time on giving interview to this company as they seems not fair and have conversation/discussion.

Interview process went pretty smooth. Overall hiring process was a disappointment, ghosted and needed to chase for a follow up. Interviewers were friendly and genuinely was looking to assess suitability for the role.

I applied online, got a call from HR and later from Hiring Manager. Assigned a written coding test and moved to the final interview process. There were four interviews in final process.

The interview process is smooth and the use HireVue, a video interview platform for first round interview. Basically it asks you to record your answer to 5 questions, they are related to your previous experience and your opinion towards data industry

Overall a bit of a lengthy process. First you complete a virtual interview of about 5 questions that are recorded and sent to the recruiting team. After this it was a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager, which was a great discussion style interview talking about experience, working style, etc. Next was a 1-hour interview with someone else on the Marketing team, which felt unnecessary after I asked 45-mins into the conversation how our roles would work together and what they needed support with and she said that we likely wouldn't work together/overlap at all. Then the hiring manager (conveyed through the recruiter) asked asked for specific work samples and asked that I also complete a "project." The instructions said the project would likely take 2 hours, but this was not the case, especially when factoring in the research required to get up to speed with ResMed's specific industry. This was a three part project, with each part unrelated to the next, making it essentially 3 projects. It's notable that 2 of the 3 pieces of this project were related to strategy and campaign planning that could easily be used without hiring me, and it made me feel uncomfortable providing that kind of work for free--they were things I would typically charge for as a freelancer. Next was another 1-hour interview with 3 people on various team this role would support that felt a bit unorganized, but that understandably happens when 4 people are all talking on a Zoom call. Questions were tactical and related to the role duties, but they did not ask a single question related to the project. I was informed by the recruiter about 1.5 weeks later that I was not selected. When I asked for feedback (especially about the project) the recruiter said they had not received anything from the hiring manager and had nothing to share, which was disappointing considering the time I invested.

a Phone call and then online video than in person. When I got on-site, the facility was ancient and outdated, and then I meet the team that had no questions for me to answer and no proper knowledge of all the questions I had for them, nor did they care. I had nothing to say, but I talked about a very unprofessional staff with an improper dress code, bad manners, and completely incompetent and clueless infrastructure. Then came the hiring manager, who never made it to the interview, and was told to get on a call with him which I thought was very unprofessional of him who had no explanation of why he couldn't make it in for the interview. I don't believe in phone interviews because most of the conversation could be addressed and channeled improperly and should be completed face-to-face. I could tell that he wasn't even listening to anything I said and make bad judgments. I lost the opportunity because, at the end of the day, he asked for something else that was totally not what the job description asked for in the first place, so either he was intimidated, or he had someone already on his mind. It was a process to get to that. I was way overqualified for the role, and the expectations he had and his response were very unprofessional. My recommendation is to learn how to interview first and know what you are looking for because you do not know what you are looking for because it wasn't even his profession. It's like having a salesman interview for a mechanical role and then returning and saying you didn't have the right skills. How would you know, buddy? I wouldn't recommend this prison camp to anyone
