J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rite Aid en avr. 2012
Entretien
The process was actually very fast, which either speaks to my merit, or to their desperation. I applied online after a friend of mine who had the job had announced she was moving away. I got a call a few days later where I was invited to an open interview day. I met with the talent coordinator, and after talking for maybe 5 minutes, she introduced me to the store manager. It was quick and simple, he was straightforward and offered me time to ask questions. We set up an interview with the district manager within the week. That was fast too, even though she was 20 minutes late. The whole conversation lasted maybe 15 minutes. I was training a week later.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There wasn't really any questions that made me uncomfortable or threw me off guard. I was very straightforward with the "why do you want this job" by saying "you're hiring and I'm looking." They seemed to appreciate that.
I was interviewed. I do not want to do this and I think that it is absurd that I am forced to do this just to access some features. I was interviewed about 2 yrs ago I do not remember much and I don't care to.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rite Aid
Entretien
Only one interview was conducted, with the store manager. Drug test and background check were required. Standard interview questions--nothing complex, no logic or math assessments were required to be completed.
Quick, easy, simple process. I had a great and productive conversation with the employees and supervisors there. Loved it. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a job to walk into rite aid. Do not fill out application online because the process will be prolonged.
