I applied online and got notified a couple of weeks later that I have been selected for the interview. It was a first interview with the manager. She asked basic questions about myself and my experience, nothing too technical. They were proving my personality and if I was a good cultural fit. She immediately said she had enjoyed talking to me and she wanted me to talk with the rest of the team. I interviewed with everyone in the team, and the supervisor of the entire team. All of these were 1-1 interviews through video. They were all very basic questions, nothing too complex. They were really looking for a cultural fit more than anything else. I got the offer a couple of days later and joined. It was a very nice experience.
