The process was unprofessional - I was ghosted. First round was with a recruiter (external), followed by a second round with someone from the hiring team. I was told there were already 3 candidates at the final panel stage, and that they were reluctant to bring more people into the process. They said they'd think about bringing me forward because I was a strong candidate. while I received verbal reassurance (something along the line "i'll let you know within 48hrs, I won't leave you hanging"). I never heard back. The lack of communication and closure was disappointing, especially after being told not to expect to be left waiting
