    Extremely long wait to hear between interviews - I did a number of interviews over a long period of time. Very friendly and interested people who did the interviews but only after following up a few times, I found out I didn't get the job in the end which was disappointing. Also left with the impression that they just wanted to get your ideas and have spoke to two others who had the same experience with the company and wondered was there even a job at all?

    I was invited to have face to face interview at ryanair's office in swords dublin for .net developer role.
    I was interviewed by 1 senior and 1 junior developer, the interview went pretty smooth, we talked about my general .net experience. There were many technical questions related to web api and multi threading. I received a positive feedback the following day saying that I nailed the interview and that my skills in .net was pretty strong.

    They then asked me to create a simple reservation system which they expected to be finish within 3 days. After 3 days I did finished the system and gave them the best code I could ever write.

    After a week, I received negative feedback about the code I've written and that they will not progress my application. I suspect the person evaluating my code does not aware of the architecture I have used to build the system and quickly jumped into a conclusion that the project structured was weird. I was pretty disappointed that they did not call me to ask further details why I choose that architecture they believed is weird, I could have defend my side and state the advantages of my chosen architecture.

    My advise is that, if they are not familiar with the architecture chosen by the candidate, they should call to ask further details rather than quickly jumping into a conclusion that its a bad architecture and immediately turn down candidate's application.

    It is was normal interviw and my first interview for job ever. Actually they have to find the best fit for each role, and help you hire employees who can drive innovation, productivity, customer satisfaction and profits. Determine test objectives, e.g. personality, values, skills, etc. and decide how candidates will be moved forward or eliminated based on the results.By meeting with a variety of people, candidates get a comprehensive picture of the culture and the job itself, and team members get a strong sense of the contribution the job seeker will make as an employee. They gave a test first, thenasked some question from test, also the introduction and my educationi was inquired. They were very friendly and encouraging during the process. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews.

    Cuando llegas revisan pasaportes y te hacen una pregunta corta para ver tu reacción, pasas a una sala donde te informan sobre el curso de conversion y donde va a ser. Reparten un examen por una cara gramatica y por otra es writing, tendras que hacer una redaccion sobre un tema que te pidan, normalmente sobre ventas en el avión o una situación de emergencia o conflicto. Se entregan los examenes y una hora mas tarde cuando los corrigen llaman a los que no han pasado la prueba, los demas se quedan para explicarles mas sobre la compañia y por ultimo se hace la entrevista personal donde te preguntan cosas no muy dificiles mas que nada sobre ti para conocerte y ver si realmente estas interesado en este trabajo

    Process went smooth with a friendly hiring manager and a member of the design department who conducted the interview. I was assigned a reasonable design assignment with several task in which I had to describe the way I approach a problem.
