Four interviews with a variety of managers and hr.very friendly and relaxed interview which is very effective in selecting the right culture fit for the company, followed by a telephone interview with a manege of a different European site.

Entretien
My first interview was with the hiring manager for the position. He was not available on site the day of my planned site visit so the phone interview was my only interview with him. At the site visit I had 4 interviews that were all behavioral based interviews where they asked about my past experience both technical and non-technical (i.e. leadership).
Make sure you know your resume pat and why you want the job. Not difficult but lack of preparation will put you out of the running.
