    Applied online. Received a request three weeks later to do a phone screen. The screen went well, but it was another two weeks before they asked to come on site. The interview was delayed multiple times until four weeks later. Two interviewers did not show up to the interview. Over a month passed with no correspondence, but the system said I was not selected. I did receive an apology e-mail from one of the interviewers indicating that they had directed HR to tell me that the hiring was on hold, but they did not - and were surprised that the system said I was not selected as I was still under consideration. Less than 24 hours later the HR manager responded that they went with another candidate.

    You will receive an email at midnight. Yes, that is correct at midnight, to schedule your best availability for phone calls. First step is phone call, which the talent recruiter called in 10 minutes later and there were a ton of background noise which was hard for me to hear his questions. The recruiter will sound as if he has done this a million times so the energy that the recruiter asks will basically ask about your background, and you can clearly hear the uh huh sure, type of responses.

    A recruiter contacted me for the role. I was then phone interviewed by the recruiter about the job responsibilities. Another meeting was scheduled. The meeting was with offshore leads. I was told I'd be assessed the next week. I didn't get any email. I even sent a follow-up two weeks later. Still no response.
    They need to work on their follow through. I know I had little to no chance getting in, because I realized in the middle of the recruitment process that my qualifications did not meet the requirements for the role. I also did not do that well in the interview, and even uploaded the wrong resume. Many mistakes on my end.
    But I would have appreciated a rejection email, or a response to my follow-up. Much better, if I would've been given feedback on why I didn't get the job. It's not that difficult to let someone know they did not get in. What if it's the only opportunity they're counting on? Let's all be professionals here. Please work on your communication.

    I applied online. In a few weeks time, the recruiter reached out and set 3 30 minute interviews with the team members. In a weeks time, I was called for on-site. It was an hour conversation with the team about my resume and nothing technical. After a week, the recruiter setup 2 more 30 minute interviews with the VP of the org. All my interviews went pretty well and it seemed like I was a good match for the position and they liked me. A week after this, they sent me an automated reject email. I was kinda looking forward to the role and after going through all this, the automated email was a bit shattering!

    Phone screening with recruiter. Phone interview with the hiring manager. Onsite interview with 3 team members and the VP of the group (along with the hiring manager).

    The onsite was 4 hours. The VP was the first interview (at 9am sharp) and he didn't even put his phone away. He was uninterested and even responded to an email or text during my answers. Honestly, I should have walked out immediately. If he isn't engaged there is no way I'm seriously being considered for the role, and even if I was I wouldn't want to work in a structure that considers this acceptable.

    They called a day or two later declining my application--which was absolutely fine with me. I really didn't want to work there, but without other offers and needing a job I didn't want to reject it outright--which is a bit silly in retrospect.

    Applied online, after about two weeks they got back to be for a phone screening, after the phone screening, completed an in person interview, then the next day they gave me an offer. The in person interview was very good, the people were extremely welcoming.
