The process started well with a phone interview and then a in person interview with Prime's PM. It became really unfair when job changed after interview and accepting offer and salary. No adjustment for higher position I actaully worked. Traditional interview questions with phone interview and Prime's PM interviews both by one individual about 30-45 minutes each.
