The interview process was simple. Mostly a conversation about future goals and why I'd like to work for the company and why you'd be a good fit. If you can get a referral it would make it a lot easier to get into the company. They are big on hiring within and immediate friends/coworkers.

Entretien
The interview process was easy and efficient. I registered for a job fair and when I logged in the day/time I registered for someone was quickly available to conduct a quick screening interview via chat. Once cleared there a more thorough interview was had with the hiring department via video chat.
