Turned in an application and was then called back to interview with the 2nd assistant. He talked to me about the importance of customer service, smiling, and talking to a customer. Asked a bunch of behavioral questions. Once that was done I had to get a parental consent form to work for them (was 16 at the time).

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
