there are too many forms to fill out, they ask for your previous work, and how much you get paid in your previous job. they also ask about your parents and their job. Too much confidential information does not correlate to the job you are applying for. The HR is not professional, they told me to do this psikotest online that is impossible to finish, 50 questions with less than 30 min time, when I complained to the HR, the answer is "but you have to do it", ended up doing the test 3 times. Got called for an online interview, but I have to fill out this personality form that is BS, they asked about 5 of your motto in life for this personality form. Show up for the interview and then got ghosted, despite HR saying I will get notified about the results.

So I didn't go to the interview as I decided to quit the recruitment process. Some of the data that I need to fill are; 1. ID + tax number 2. Religion 3. Medical history (if I ever had any accidents, any illness, if i ever get sick up to the point of being hospitalised, if I use glasses or not) 4. My height and weight 5. My family details (including their name, jobs, age) I'm really interested to know the reason why they need this much information from their applicants.

Just some standar interview not difficult for oiler job but iam not sure for other job especially the officer, and a process is fast too if they agree you can get work when your shipp that they send you in is arrive.
