I received a call and email from the HR person and was invited to an interview. The interview consisted of two SDI personnel asking pre-determined questions asked in a rote fashion.
After the interview, I was later told I was not selected and was given the opportunity for feedback. In the feedback, I was told that they wanted someone with more experience. If I didn't have adequate experience, why did they bother interviewing me? You could determine that from just looking at my resume. If that is truly the case, that interview was a giant waste of my time and SDI's.
Quite frankly, I think that feedback was just a line of BS or they are a screwy company with a screwy interview process that wastes the time of applicants they have no intention of hiring. Either way, whether I was lied or my time was needlessly wasted, this left me with a very negative impression of SDI and will not recommend them to anyone I know.
