Was contacted thru email. Went in to interview was called back to do background check and physical. Work the first two weeks as a seasonal employee became full time employee after 3 months.

I applied through Snagajob.com & receive a phone call within days. The interview was very brief but it covered everything I'd need to start my first day. It was a great experience. The office was lively & they usually feed everyone.

Phone interview. Then an in office interview. I talked to the same person both times and they were flexible about scheduling the interview. Very easy process. Very thorough, they flew me to Ohio in a three part process before I was offered the position. I spoke with 3 regional mangers, and the head of sales. It was about a four hour process. I got the position but it took three months to find out. They also didn't give me much notice to move had to find a place and move within a couple of weeks.

They call everybody who applies and they wait to see who shows up. They take the one they feel will get the job done regardless of their backgrounds. They do a total of two interviews, perform a drug test, and a background check. If selected you go to training.

Very easy, so easy my interviewer actually used profanity to describe the position and the work involved. He was unprofessional, coarse, and late by almost 30 min but was so laid back and cool that i assumed the job would be a breeze and i would be making money in no time.

You go in you get the if you pass the drug test and background check. That's it really its easy to get in because they don't want you to know the truth of the company

Face to Face interview, After hired you must take a series of tests to become certified. The first set of tests are modules you must complete before driving the company truck. The next test is through the state to become a certified pesticide applicator.While taking these tests they have you shadow a few experienced TSR's out in the field. Once you are shown proper techniques and become certified, they let you go out into the field on your own.
