J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sears (Clay, NY) en mars 2013
Entretien
I applied for the cashier position online and was contacted a week later to schedule an interview. The interview was very laid back and lasted about thirty minutes, and mostly consisted of a basic overview of what would be expected of me if I got the job. She also asked me a few very specific questions about previous customer service experience, even though she had my application right in front of her and could clearly see that I have never worked a customer service job before. She told me she would call within the week to schedule another interview, but never did.

Question 1
Give a specific example of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
