The hiring processes was very professional , and I highly recommend this company as they have very good future plans for people who are in need of learning new technologies

The employer first phones you and asks very basic questions to screen interested and qualifying candidates. Then a zoom meeting will be scheduled. They will determine if you have the people skills and technical knowledge to perform required tasks.

5 rounds in total to get selected - 1.paper test 2.Group discussion 3.HR 4.MR 5.EVP After all these rounds, there would be one last final hr meeting to discuss your pakage with all the selected members.

It was a difficult interview on Technical Side. The Hiring Manager seemed very egoistic. When the interview ended and the hiring manager asked me if I had any question, I asked them about one of their initiatives, however the hiring manager said, "Good Question" and left the room ignoring and without answering the question. The HR did not give a proper feedback when asked. He himslef is looking for a job, so how would he feel when he is not given a proper feedback where he gives interview. They are just minting on NTT Data name but nowhere near the MNC/American culture in India.

I went for an interview at Secure 24 after a phone interview, which I was told the job starts off at $35.00/hour and requires 12 hour shifts, 3 days a week. I am one semester away from an AAS in Computer Information Systems & also an AAS in Cyber Security, I am also Microsoft Office 10 Certified, CCNA, Security+, Network+, and A+ Certified. When I got to the interview I was told the job does not require 12 hour shifts, it requires 8 hour shifts in which your schedule changes every week (one week you could work mornings and the next week you could be on midnights) but they post the school month in advance. I was asked about 10-15 questions, mostly regarding networking... I wouldn’t say the questions were “entry level”, they were a few steps above. The manager went over the benefits the company offers (one of the best benefit packages I’ve seen), scheduling, asked me when I’d be available to start working....everything was going great and I was confident that I got the job. Then he asked me what I expect to make hourly (I didn’t really know how to respond being that I was told they pay $35/hour on the phone interview) so I said “I’m looking to make $20/hour or more”. He responded with “ok” and wrote it down, as he was writing pretty much everything down. After the interview, he told me I’d be hearing from someone in about 3 days. That interview was over a week ago now and I haven’t heard back. He also stated they are hiring “dozens” of people. When I got home I looked into the job a little more and was about to pull up the exact job description as well as the pay, the job does not pay $35/hour-not even close. They pay $15.00/hour. It looks like a really good company to work for but for having two degrees and 5 certificates I know I’m worth more than $15/hour-it’s almost insulting.

Interviewed about basic IT understanding ; routing and troubleshooting terms. You are given a scenario where you troubleshoot a slow computer and they just want to see that you have an understanding of how to approach issues, not that you have a definitive answer.

I interviewed twice with Secure-24, and were not that pleasing. They will always tell you "you did good, expect a call within two weeks." However, they never call. My last interview I answered most of the question correctly and they were pleased with me, but it seems that they are looking for the people who tolerate their childish environment with the so-called "nerf wars". I do not recommend secure-24 for those who are seeking a professional environment. They try to copy some of the huge companies cultures like Google, but they miserably fail. It is good to have certifications like Network +, A+, or security+ before applying to this job. They look for Comptia certification or maybe if you have a higher certification like the CCNA would be nice. The interview can take up to two hours depending on how much you and them talk to each other.

In the initial stages of the interview process, a recruiter from Secure 24 reached out to me to do a preliminary phone interview to establish rapport and determine if I had any interest in the position. She asked a number of very basic IT questions, such as do you know what DNS, or HTTp is? Are you familiar with Active Directory? After the over the phone interview, I was invited to the Southfield locatation to have an on-site interview with one of the Technical Support Managers. The interview was rather consitent in regards to the types of questions asked. "How would you explain DNS to your grandmother?" "How would you assist someone who called and said that their computer is running slow?" "How do you handle upset customers?" After the interview was over, I was informed that someone would be in contact with me within 2 weeks. However, within 2 hours the recruiter called me and informed me that Secure 24 would like to extend me a job offer as a Billingual Technical Support Representative. I humbly accepted. However, it was at that time that I informed my contact that I had been convicted of a felony 9 years prior. Ultimately, Secure 24 did not contact me after that day. They never sent me a letter rescinding the offer letter. Essentially, what they did was turned off all the lights, told everyone to be quite, and pretended like no one was home. They did not respond to any attempted correspondences.

Great. I met with many many different people including the recruiter, HR , department manager. Toured the office. Great place. I can't say enough about the expereience. Loved it. Glad I met them
